FAQImportant notice for Sea freight Small Package

• Sea freight small package with minimum weight of 3kg, subsequent weight of 1kg.
• The cost for Sea freight small package is calculated according to Real weight or Volumetric weight, whichever higher.
• Volumetric weight is taking the volume of parcel through calculation of (LxHxW/6000) as weight of the shipment, refer this for further explanation.。
• Private sea freight channel is more affordable for parcel exceeding 30kg.
• For fragile goods, please make a remark for add-on services of photo inspection and carton fixation, otherwise the courier company would not take any responsibilities.
• All valuable should contact customer service for Insurance advice. Please refer this. 
• Free Volumetric Economic Sea Freight must follow the rules of difference weight between volumetric weight and actual weight below 15KG. If over the limitation, transportation charge will be charged according to Volumetric Weight.
• Free Volumetric Economic Sea Freight cannot be changed after shipping order has submitted or switch over to this shipping method.
• Economic Sea Freight Pickup Point starts shipping from lowest 1KG.Not supported combine parcels/shipments.
• Economic Sea Freight Pickup Point needs to pick up the parcel at the self-pickup point, not supported delivery service.

FAQImportant notice for Private Sea Freight

• (Liquid/powder form, medications, cosmetics, food and beverages, chemicals, perfume, supplements, pesticides and fertilizers, ceramics, toilet bowl, bricks and marbles, air conditioning refrigerant) The above goods in small amount could be ship with normal sea freight
• Significant amount of (ceramics, toilet bowl, marbles, fertilizers, food and beverages, alcohol) please contact customer service for further inquiries.
• All Terrain Vehicle, electric vehicle, machinery vehicle, crane machine or oversized toy machine, please contact our customer service.
• We strongly recommend the shipment for sex toys through sensitive goods sea freight channel, if in significant amount, please contact our customer service.
• Private sea freight does not include delivery to upper floor, especially for apartments. If you need to deliver to uper floor of the building, please inform our customer service early. For heavy item, customer require to prepare for unloading tools and manpower.
• If you are confused with allowable number of goods, please contact our customer service to avoid custom clearance issue.
• For private sea freight, first 0.1m³  of goods should not exceed 17kg, the subsequent 0.1m³ allow maximum weight of 50kg and the subsequent 1m³  allow maximum weight of 500kg. If the goods has exceeded the limit, please contact our customer service.
• (Kelantan, Terengganu, Perlis, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Sabah, Sarawak) and others rural areas, the shipment might delay for 5-10 days and an extra charges is required at rate of RM20+/m³. For details, please refer this.
• Every parcel is allowed for warehouse storage as long as 30 days. The expired parcel is subjected to charges of RM1/day for a maximum of another 30 days. After this period, the parcel would be removed and will not be able to redeem.
